What is Circular Breathwork?
Circular Breathwork is a powerful practice that combines conscious breathing techniques, deep relaxation, and focused intention to access your innermost emotions and facilitate profound healing. It allows you to tap into the body's natural wisdom and release suppressed emotions, paving the way for personal growth and transformation.

What to Expect:
During the workshop, you will be guided through the Breathwork technique I teach (Circular Breathing), an introspective writing activity, and finish it off with a heart-opening meditation all carefully designed to help you access and release stored emotions. I will provide individualized attention (if you want, not everyone will want this, but I'll always ask before class) and create a safe, non-judgemental space for you to explore your inner world.
No prior Breathwork experience is necessary; this workshop is open to beginners and experienced Breathwork practitioners alike. All that is required is an open mind, a willingness to dive deep within, and a commitment to your personal growth.

Cardiovascular problems
High or abnormal blood pressure
History of aneurisms

Severe psychiatric symptoms, particularly psychosis or paranoia

Osteoporosis
Recent surgery
Glaucoma
Pregnancy
An active addiction
Any person with mental illness who isn't in treatment or lacks adequate support
