Emanuel Hernandez.
I’ve spent over a decade as a Level 2 CrossFit Coach and Personal Trainer, guiding men to build muscle, increase endurance, and push past their physical limits. But what I’ve learned through my own journey is that true transformation isn’t just about strength—it’s about mastery over the mind, body, and breath.
For years, I approached growth the way most men do—through discipline, training harder, lifting heavier. But despite the physical gains, I felt like something was missing. I wasn’t fully present, fully alive, fully in control. Then, I stumbled into a Breathwork class.
The Moment Everything Changed
I wasn’t looking for transformation—I was skeptical. Meditation, deep breathing, slowing down… none of it felt like it belonged in my world of pushing harder. But within minutes of that session, something shifted.

I felt lighter. Clearer. More free than I had in years.

It was as if I had unlocked a part of myself that had been buried beneath years of tension, pressure, and unspoken emotions.
I remember standing up after the session, tears in my eyes, heart wide open, thinking:
"Why the hell haven’t I done this before? Why doesn’t EVERY man know about this?"

That single experience led me down a new path—one that wasn’t just about building strength in the gym, but building strength within.

When the world shut down during the pandemic, fear and uncertainty took over. I saw men struggling—not just physically, but mentally and emotionally. That’s when I knew I had to step up. I started leading free online breathwork sessions, helping people release stress, anxiety, and the weight they had been carrying for years.
The impact was undeniable. I watched men break through barriers they didn’t even know they had, reconnect with their emotions, and finally start to feel like themselves again.
What I Do Now
Since then, I’ve trained under Jon Paul Crimi to become a certified Breathwork Practitioner, and today, my work has evolved beyond just breathwork.
